Carla Criscuolo is a dedicated and experienced real estate professional based in Virginia. Originally from Portugal, Carla moved to Stafford County in 1986 as a teenager, where she quickly adapted to her new surroundings and became fluent in both English and Portuguese.

With a passion for helping others achieve their dream of home ownership, Carla obtained her Real Estate license in 1999. She has been selling homes full-time in the Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and surrounding areas ever since. When the real estate market began to shift in 2005, Carla furthered her career by obtaining her Broker's license. This led to an opportunity to manage a local real estate firm, a role she embraced for three years before deciding to return to sales in 2008.

Carla’s expertise lies in serving both sellers and buyers, as well as handling short-sales and foreclosures. As a member of the Coldwell Banker Elite Relocation Team, she is trained and certified in Military and Corporate Relocation, ensuring she can assist clients from all walks of life.
