I moved to Stafford County, VA in 1986 from Portugal as a teenager. I’m fluent in English and Portuguese. Until 2005 I lived in Stafford county. Currently I reside in Spotsylvania County with my husband and 2 of my 3 children (the oldest has moved out and now lives on his own).

I obtained my Real Estate license in 1999 and have been selling homes full time in the Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania and surrounding areas ever since. When the market started to tip in 2005, I furthered my career and obtained my Broker’s license, at which time I was asked to manage a local Real Estate firm, which I accepted and  managed that firm for a period of 3 years. In 2008 I made the decision to go back into Sales, and leave the management world behind. While it was a great experience and opportunity, helping people achieve the “American Dream” of home ownership, was one of the main reason I got in to the business. 

I specialize in serving both sellers and buyers, as well as short-sales and foreclosures. As a member of the Coldwell Banker Elite Relocation Team, I am also trained and certified in Military and Corporate Relocation. 

My proven record has been achieved through years of hard work, experience and dedication. I find a great joy in helping people achieve their goal, whether is owning a home or assisting them in selling their home.
